We are pleased to inform you that on 05 April 2023 the sale was completed of the majority of our company’s shares to Mr Enrico Mamei and Mr Andrea Mamei.
The introduction of Enrico and Andrea into the company forms part of a wider medium-long-term industrial strategy that aims to strengthen the Slanzi Oleodinamica brand in the sector for the production and marketing of hydraulic brake and brake systems, besides providing continuity in the production of components for which Slanzi Oleodinamica is already a recognized brand, such as: hydraulic blocks, cartridge valves, trailer braking hydraulic valves.
